The gilt keyhole frame containing the movement with knife-edge suspension to the pendulum, pin wheel escapement, fine and delicate wheelwork with lantern pinions,
sounding the hours and half hours on a bell driven via a separate barrel rewound by a remontoire; the white enamel dial set within a cast bezel, with Arabic numerals and outside minutes at fifteen minute intervals with fine gilded counterbalanced hands. The whole standing on a white marble base covered by a glass shade.

Height: 17 ½ inches (44.5cms).
